Godzilla Minus One is set in the period immediately following WW2, when Japan had lost everything. As if the situation could not get any worse, Godzilla appears in a Japan that has been ruined (zero), reducing it to a negative state (minus). With an attack that comes at the most desperate time in history, who will fight… and how? The movie was written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, and stars Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, and Kuranosuke Sasaki.
