Today, on The Goggler Podcast Uma speaks to Hollywood food stylist Christine Tobin. She has worked on over 18 film sets, from Little Women, to American Hustle, to the Oscar nominated Don’t Look Up. Her latest project is Julia on HBO, a brand new series that is based on the extraordinary life and television series of Julia Child.

You can stream or download Julia exclusively on HBO GO.

Julia is inspired by Julia Child’s extraordinary life and her long-running television series, The French Chef, which pioneered the modern cooking show in the U.S. Through Julia’s life and her singular joie de vivre, the series explores a pivotal time in American history – the emergence of public television as a new social institution, feminism and the women’s movement, the nature of celebrity and America’s cultural evolution. At its heart, the series is a portrait of a loving marriage with a shifting power dynamic.

The eight-episode series stars Sarah Lancashire, David Hyde Pierce, Bebe Neuwirth, Brittany Bradford, Fran Kranz, and Fiona Glascott.
