Only Murders in the Building: We Speak to Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez

Our favourite true crime podcasters are back! The first season of Only Murders in the Building was a revelation, a throwback to those Sunday afternoon murder mysteries, only this time with some of the best comedians in the game. We got the chance to speak to these three amigos about crafting these first two seasons, the creation of the Short, Martin and Gomez trio, and what the future may hold for The Arconia.

Following the shocking death of Arconia Board President Bunny Folger, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez), race to unmask her killer. However, three (unfortunate) complications ensue – the trio is publicly implicated in Bunny’s homicide, they are now the subjects of a competing podcast, and they have to deal with a bunch of New York neighbors who all think they committed murder.

Only Murders in the Building hails from co-creators and writers Steve Martin and John Hoffman (Grace & Frankie, Looking). Martin and Hoffman executive produce along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal.
