Twenty four years later, Ridley Scott is back with a sequel to his sword-and-sandal epic, Gladiator. Gladiator 2 follows Lucius, the son of Russel Crowe’s Maximus, as he too becomes a gladiator in the twin Emperor’s Geta and Caracalla’s Colosseum, in search of revenge and honour. In this Southeast Asian exclusive, Goggler spoke to Denzel Washington about his legacy, working with Ridley Scott again, and how all things remain the same.
Gladiator 2 is out in Malaysian cinemas this Thursday, November 14.
